In a tiny college kitchen in High Point, North Carolina. Chandler, a chef and butcher with Southern roots, met Britt, a fast-paced New Englander with a love for flowers and design. We shared the belief that good food is the ultimate human connector - that a meal can be so much more than food on the table. Through the years we became our friend and family’s “go-to” for anything event related. Chandler supplying fresh foods and southern cooking. Britt handling florals, place-settings, and logistics. We mastered everything from fresh scratch salsa, to the perfect aioli, to how to grill the most delectable piece of salmon. We ended with a delicious menu starting with homemade pimento cheese, toasted points, clams casino and several other appetizers. We’ve hosted cooking classes, both in person and virtual. We’ve donated time to nonprofits, we’ve taken cooking classes of our own. We’ve learned a lot but when it comes to our cooking, we still keep it simple. In the summer of 2020, we were hired to do our first ever micro-wedding. From the ground up (literally) we packed our station wagon full of rentals and drove them up the bumpy roads to Catskills, NY to make this couples’ colorful dreams come true. Our process starts with a quick conversation to understand your needs and wants out of your home-cheffing or catering experience. Chandler then develops menu options based on your taste-palette, allergies, and food restrictions all specific to you and your guests.
